You could dig for people who know all of those things and are willing to teach you, but you're probably going to have more luck finding them in a more hardcore software engineering / sysadmin type community. Some people may be able to give overviews of some larger areas, but the complete knowledge to implement something that large is spread across a team of experts, all of which contribute their knowledge to bring it to life. This means that the person who designed their infrastructure would have been an expert at that, but probably couldn't tell you much about what their expert designer does, or what their expert network engineer does. I think what fholm is saying is that no single person has all the knowledge required to build because it was built by a large team of specialists.
